What should I do if I can’t find an order that a customer says they placed on LandscapeHub?

If you can’t find an order, ask for an order number and log in to LandscapeHub and check Orders under My Account. If the order does not appear in your dashboard, give us a call at (312) 601-9986 or email support@landscapehub.com, and we’ll work to resolve it.
