What happens if there are product issues (damages or rejections)?

If you discover that the product you have received is damaged, unsaleable, missing, not matching what you ordered, or there is another issue, please reach out to the manager(s) of your account and/or support@landscapehub.com as soon as possible so we can work toward a resolution. Be ready to send photographs (as applicable) and include any paperwork you have received. Most issues can be resolved within 1-2 business days if brought to our attention immediately.
