Accepted Payment Methods

LandscapeHub accepts payment via credit/debit card, E-Check/ACH, and trade credit (upon approval). No charges will be made to your selected payment method until your order has been fulfilled* and an invoice is issued. 

*Please note: On occasion, holds may be subject to a deposit. If a deposit is required, a LandscapeHub representative will contact you with more information via an @Landscapehub.com email address.

 All Payment methods can be managed from the Payments section of your account Settings.

Payment process

LandscapeHub requires the payment method you select at checkout to be approved and saved prior to suppliers receiving any details of your order. Your payment method will be charged at the time of invoicing, unless other terms apply. All Cards (subject to 3% service charge) and ACH Payments (not subject to service fees) are processed through the secure Stripe interface unless otherwise arranged with our finance team.

If you have been approved for trade credit (see next section) you will see a green check mark next to that option on the checkout page: 

You can also add a credit card at checkout but to ensure a quick and seamless ordering process, we recommend adding payment details before submitting your first order to avoid any unnecessary interruptions. ACH approval may take an extra day or two if using smaller banks so planning ahead is highly recommended.

Trade Credit 

LandscapeHub is happy to offer credit to qualified buyers. To apply, please complete and submit the credit application via the payment methods page. We will process the application and review your credit references. Once approved, you will receive a letter via email with your credit limit and payment terms (typically  within 10 business days).
