How do I make last-minute changes to an order?

For changes that occur at the time of loading/pick-up, please reach out to the order's manager (listed at the bottom of the purchase order) or support@landscapehub.com to notify us of the change. You can also call (312) 601-9986 (please leave a message if no one is available to respond). If the buyer directly approves a change, please send documentation and ask the buyer to reach out to us through one of the above channels.

For other post confirmation changes, we ask that you contact the manager for the order or support@landscapehub.com. We will communicate with the buyer and send an updated order for you to confirm.
