Add a Payment Method

You can add a payment method from the Payment Methods page or during checkout. No charges will be made to your selected payment method until your order has been fulfilled and product pricing is final.

To ensure a quick and seamless ordering process, we recommend adding a payment method once you join LandscapeHub to avoid any unnecessary interruptions when submitting your first order. Your payment method will be charged at the time of invoicing unless other terms apply.

The payment method you select at checkout must be approved and on file prior to our growers and suppliers receiving any details of your order. All Cards and ACH Payments are processed through the secure Stripe interface unless otherwise arranged with our finance team.

*Please note: On occasion, holds may be subject to a deposit. If a deposit is required, a LandscapeHub representative will contact you with more information via an @Landscapehub.com email address.

Accepted Payment Methods

Debit/Credit Card: Please note that a 3% service charge is applied to all credit card transactions. To avoid this fee, select this or an alternate method on the Payment Methods page or at check out.

Bank Account (ACH): With ACH direct debit payments, you can link directly with your bank account for a seamless payment process. Sometimes this process will take an extra day so we suggest adding this after you sign up. We prefer using this option as no service fee is added, and it’s much more secure and faster than paper checks. Add you bank account information by selecting this link.

Trade Credit: LandscapeHub is happy to offer credit to qualified buyers.  To apply, please complete and submit the credit application via the payment methods page. We will review the application and credit references, which may take up to 10 business days. Once approved, you will receive a letter via email with your credit limit and payment terms. Invoices must be paid by their due date in order to avoid late fees.
