Do I send my paperwork with the buyer, or to LandscapeHub?
You will be provided a Bill of Lading in your most recent email regarding an order. You can also download BOLs via the Orders page. The LandscapeHub Bill of Lading should be provided to the buyer at time of receipt. If an issue arises at the time of receipt, please document any changes and notify the manager listed at the bottom of the purchase order or support@landscapehub.com. All invoices should be sent to LandscapeHub at payables@landscapehub.com.
If you'd rather upload invoices or any other documents directly to LandscapeHub, you can go to the Orders page, select an order, "Mark as Picked up" and "Add Document" to add invoices, packing lists, credits, or more.
