What is the difference between a transaction fee and a discount on LandscapeHub?

In exchange for marketing, sales efforts, and processing transactions, LandscapeHub takes a cut of the total invoice in the form of a transaction fee. For example, for a transaction fee of 15%, as the supplier, you keep $85 for every $100 in sales. The transaction fee is considered an SG&A cost.

Regarding discounts, some of the suppliers that have joined our network offer a purchase discount. There is a visible ‘discounted price’ on LandscapeHub suppliers that have chosen to provide a discount — offering a discount results in a decrease in AR.
