What happens when I click "Place Order" on LandscapeHub?

Step One: Contact Supplier
Once you place your order, we contact the product supplier(s) and await confirmation on product availability and pickup/delivery dates.

Step Two: Order Confirmation
Once we receive the order acknowledgment from the supplier(s), we will confirm the order, freight costs (if applicable), and the pickup/delivery date with you.

Step Three: Order Pickup or Delivery
Once the product is ready for pickup or shipment, you will receive notice from LandscapeHub.

Step Four: Order Support
We provide support throughout the entire order process. Need a photo of the plant you've requested? No problem! Want to change the product pickup date? We can help! Product not what you expected once it arrived? Let us know, and we'll work to make it right. Our customer support team is always available at support@landscapehub.com.
