If delivered material arrives damaged, contact Support@landscapehub.com or your Landscapehub representative in writing as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours and up to 3 days after arrival but later notice may be considered). Our team will work towards getting you a credit, a replacement, or other resolution. Please detail in your written communication: the order number, product name, quantity and size affected, photographs of the issue, your preferred resolution and any additional context that might be helpful. Please provide photos of all affected plants and not just representative images. If you suspect there may be an issue with material you received but don't think it necessitates a resolution at this time, please let us know so we can maintain our quality standards. Always report missing products.
If you are picking up material at one of our suppliers and the quality is not acceptable, we ask that you refuse to load poor quality plants into your vehicle and communicate with nursery staff first. In some cases, they may be able to substitute for an acceptable item and we will correct your order to reflect the change. In the event that nursery staff are unable to accommodate your request, contact your representative, reach out to Support@landscaphub.com, or call (312) 601-9986.
