What do I do if a customer tries to remove LandscapeHub from the ordering process?

We ask that any order initiated on LandscapeHub be fulfilled through LandscapeHub. We see our supply network as our partners and advocates in the industry. If you have a LandscapeHub buyer contacting you directly about placing an order, please have them reach out to their market manager or support@landscapehub.com so we can assist in order placement.

If a buyer wishes to change an order after confirmation, reach out to us with the change so we can correct the paperwork prior to invoicing. We'll need confirmation of the change from the supplier and will ask the buyer to confirm the update if they have not already done so.
