Placing an order on LandscapeHub begins with building a cart and searching for material. Once you have a cart completed, you can proceed to checkout where you include details on the fulfillment and payment information.
Once you place an order, the following steps will occur:
Step One: LandscapeHub will contact the supplier
Once you place your order, we contact the product supplier(s) and await confirmation on product availability and pickup/delivery dates.
Step Two: Order Confirmation
Once we receive the order acknowledgment from the supplier(s), we will confirm the order, freight costs (if applicable), and the pickup/delivery date with you.
Step Three: Order Pickup or Delivery
Once the product is ready for pickup or shipment, you will receive notice from LandscapeHub.
Step Four: Order Support
